Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Provide support to all schools in district (telephone calls, email and in-person). Primary focus is Middle School/High School. Extensive experience with Macintosh OS X desktop and OS X server, some Windows XP. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in technology support capacity.
