| The Yearbook is an annual activity that centers around the 8th grade year. It is not to be compared to a high school book but is intended to give the students a pictorial memory of their years at Lurgio. Because of the size of the book, there is more space devoted to the 8th grade. However, space for class pictures and activities is available for all grade levels.
The Yearbook Staff is open to all grade levels. These grades are invited to participate, attempting to have representation from each POD. The 7th and 8th grades sign-up for the staff. Students who are involved in other activities are asked not to sign up for Yearbook because of the time requirement that extends over a longer period of time. It is hoped that student's participation on the Yearbook will give them some background in putting a booklet together but more than that, it will help them work with other people to produce a final product by a specific time. |
