Directions from Bedford, 40 - 45 min.

Take Rte 293 to Rte 93 south.

Take Exit 3 to Rte 111E (Canobie Lake Exit)

Follow Rte 111E through North Salem and Hampstead.

Pass the intersection of Rte 121 (lights)

Take a right at the next intersection with East Road (blinking light)

Go 3 miles, passing a hospital.

Take a left onto Linebrook Road. (There is a sign posted for Timberlane HS next)

The Middle School is on the right between 3/4 and 1 miles down the road.

The High School track is next door behind the school.
